What to expect at your first appointment
During your first appointment, Domenic will discuss your medical history in relation to the reason for your visit, as well as other relevant information such as daily routines like work, school, or sports, which may be contributing factors.
Domenic will then carry out an assessment of your current limitations or injury. This may include orthopaedic testing, a spinal examination, postural assessment, muscle testing, and neurological testing as well as a walking or movement analysis.
You will usually receive treatment on your first visit with Domenic unless it’s un-safe to do so.
A treatment plan will be discussed to work towards your goals and any “homework” exercise or mobility training will be reviewed.
